Kent Cool City Survey
Like any business, cities have to plan ahead and be thinking about the next generation of customers. As we’ve seen throughout history each generation is different from the previous one. The question is how do you stay relevant and interesting to the next generation? One thing is certain, we have to anticipate their needs and understand what matters to them so that we are in a position to compete for their business. For cities, that often comes down to jobs, quality of life, proximity to family and “cool” things to do. To gain insight into the things that matter to the next generation, I have put together an on-line survey.
Anyone is welcome to take the survey but I hope you’ll encourage any young person you know to take it, especially college aged students, since they represent the next generation of Kent.
